Ce style a été fabriqué pour la première fois par la société Joseph Buegeleisen, basée à Détroit, dans le Michigan. Le blouson Café racer présente généralement un design simple avec une forme et une coupe, ce qui en fait l'un des blousons Café racer les plus admirables jamais inventés. Elle possède également deux poches de poitrine zippées avec des fermetures à glissière Talon et des panneaux pleins ; ces caractéristiques permettent une apparence élégante lorsque la veste est portée.
